Such a great place with excellent prices!!! We love going here. Many times we've eating here and always had a great experience. One of our favourite waiters Sheldon is always so kind, caring, friendly and we love seeing him. Thank you Sheldon for being amaing 👌

Made an account just for this review.If you're looking for a place to go out with friends and family to spend much needed time with one another out of the house for some catching up, look no further than Chucks Roadhouse in Bradford! Because your mouths will never be busy eating, allowing you to catch up on all the good things you have to share with your loved ones. We waited over an hour to be served nothing but our diet cokes and the avoidance of our server as we were told " it will be out any minute" multiple times. When we asked for the bill because we wanted to actually eat tonight, the waitress suddenly appeared from the back after 20 minutes. Gave us our bill with a bare apology, nothing taken off our bill of 2 diet cokes and a french onion soup. So to all reaching out to long lost loves or distant relatives. Drop by Chucks for a much needed catching up

Service was quick and friendly. Food came out quickly (only 5 people in whole restaurant). Greek salad w/ chicken was ok. Wings not so good. Smoked meat sandwich was a bit thin. We needed a quick dinner and got it :)

We had been to the Chucks in Ft. Erie a few months ago (Food was ok at best... ambiance was good) and tonight found ourselves in Bradford, needing a quick dinner... why not Chucks again? The Bradford location was MUCH better... I had the same entree (steak and lobster) as I did in Ft. Erie, but this was way better! Steak was perfect. Our server Kate was efficient and nice, no big wait to be served... a good experience. We will go back.

Great place to visit. Sadly they were too busy the day we stopped in for lunch. Wait for food was over and hour so we left.

The family and I been to Chucks Roadhouse a few times now, we are never disappointed with the food. I always order the Cowboy and my wife in love with the Roastbeef Dinner. The service at this location always blows my mind. The Female manager Laura is definitely one of a kind. She always has a bright smile on her face and very welcoming. i wish i could of gave you 10 stars just on Laura alone. Good job guys

Service was terrible. Steak was excellent. Waited to be sat (restaurant was empty) then waited nearly 10 minutes for a server to take my drink order. Took drink and food order... Waited another 5 minutes for drinks (a diet coke) and 10 minutes beyond that for my salad. Before I could even take a bite of my salad, my steak arrived. Steak was perfectly cooked but the timing was very poor. Manager offered to put it under the hear lamp but I know that the heat lamps would have cooked my steak more than my liking, so declined. Waited with empty plates on my table for the bill, and server did not clear the table once the bill was delivered. Overall a mediocre at best experience. If the steak wasn't as close to perfect as possible, I would not be returning.

Was disappointed.. the corn cob was gross the steak was tough.. The Aurora location is much better. Good Cesar tho!!!

This was by far the worst meal I've ever had. My wife and I didn't expect much, and what we got was even worse. I ordered the 10oz steak, medium rare, and I literally got a flat 4oz steak that was well done. My wife ordered the buffalo chicken sandwich. it came out with no sauce on it and burnt. The waitress took a while to come check on us. we told her what was wrong and she just said "Oh. that's the thinnest steak I've ever seen." and "did they not put sauce on it?" then did nothing about it. Finally in the end, she took half the buffalo chicken price off. she said that was all she could do since there was no manager there anymore. This place is a disaster. oh, and a nice touch is listening to the cooks in the back yelling out things I'd never want to write.

Forget it. Don’t waste your time and money here. Was seated and took 10 minutes before my server showed up. I had a burger. Average quality. Fries were soggy. Nothing special. I’d rate Swiss Chalet better. Would have rated it 0 stars but added one for the server who was pleasant. And...the most bizarre thing...they add 3% onto the bill automatically! They justify this by saying that “in order to continue to provide fresh food at incredible prices they need to add 3% to all prices”! How corny is that? Just be honest and show the real price in the menu. Not coming back.

We have come to love Chuck's in Bradford. The staff are absolutely incredible. Our favourite Melinda. A truly respectable, fun, personalable, and enjoyable. Her customer service is absolutely incredible and we enjoy coming in to see when she is working. We have made Chuck's a place fun night out that we enjoy very much.

First time here... great service and food was ready quite fast. Very enjoyable meal. Will definitely return!

Receipt: 57464Order # 47886Table: 16Server: Shanna ESear: 1,2,3,4We have been to your Bradford location many, many times and have recommended it many more.  However, since the above meal, which we thought we were taking guests to,  are real steak eaters. and would be very much impressed, we haven't returned since we were very disappointed in the server and the service.When my husband and I entered the restaurant, we said another couple would be joining us and, to add to our dinner, we would order our "all you can eat" salads while we were waiting.  When our bill was paid for and we were out the door, we noticed that the two salads were charged at $10.00 each.  The bacon & cheese burger was not one to be ordered again.  You really do specialize in steak.P.S. You may note that the tip was punched in in error. A cash tip was given to the waitress as we left.

Amazing experience!!! Not our first time but this time I wanted to do a review because of the great time we had... our food was amazing, well cooked and on top of that our server KALI was outstanding!!! She was so efficient with everything, had everything on our table. We had a wonderful experience... Even though in the midst of Covid the patio service was fantastic. We had the sweetest server. Food was fantastic as well! Definitely going back.

Great price to have a dinner out at a price that not many places can compete with.

Come here fairly regular. Food ok, what you expect from a chain. We really come for beers and game with friends, so we try to make sure we come when Melinda is in the bar area ... makes the evening, she remembers our favorites and is always right on the ball. Lately we've missed her ... bartender/server Alix is a little "off" ... pretty, but just not right somehow, a little surprised she's back, makes us uncomfortable. Tried again last week, ended up leaving ... maybe after the virus stuff is over, the bar will be back to normal. Like St. Louis, but it's a bit small.

Disappointing. We ordered ribs, advertised to be falling of the bones. I couldn't separate the meat from the bones with with the knife. Mentioned it to the waitress, she shrugged it off and only came back when it was time to pay for the meal. No one bothered to inquire if they can fix us another dish. We thought the prices were too good to be true and we were right. $4 dirty martini was watered down. On a good side , the service was very quick. Will not be coming back.

You can not beat Chuck's food and price. Quality food, great service, good atmosphere and amazing prices. We are lucky to have this establishment in the Town of Bradford. Looking forward to my next meal at Chuck's!

Service was good. Family had the cheeseburgers and enjoyed them. Had the nachos and they were okay. Very little jalapenos and the nacho chips were soggy in the middle which was disappointing. Would still go back but would try something else.

Staff was very friendly. Ribs didn't fall off the bone and we're hard to cut. Tasted good. Fries weren't nice. Not worth the money, which also could explain why not busy. Women's bathroom had no paper towel to dry hands.

First time going there, the food was good but the service was awful. From the very beginning. Got seated and waited 10 minutes for the waitress to come to the table so she can take our order for drinks... then it took over half an hr to get our food. Will try it again but for sure in an other location.

I have been to many Chucks Roadhouse restaurants but I will say I will never be back to the one in Bradford. Went there on my lunch order, order a chicken quesadilla with no tomato and no onion, when received my order it was filled half way and the other half was just shell, I was told because I didnt get the other stuff that is why it's only half full, sorry not good enough I get these all the time and never have had this issue, the manager didnt even come over to talk to me, not impressed!

absolutely dreadful.my wife and I thought it'd be nice to have a night out. little did we know, our tastebuds would be suffering. I ordered the big chuck, which is comparable to wood. in desperate need of flavour, I added ketchup, mustard and the extra cost of mayo; unfortunately my attempt was a failure. my wife opted for a safe order of Buffalo chicken strips (how hard could it be to nail Buffalo chicken sauce?) turns out, it was chef boyaredee sauce with some extra black pepper for a spice. this sickened my wife to the core.in conclusion, my wife and I will never come back to this restaurant, and will have no further association with Chuck and his roadhouse BBQ.FIN.

We have gone to Chuck's Roadhouse a few times now. The food on the menu is a good price and if you love bbq then it is pretty good food. The only thing is that there are not a lot of options on the menu. Also, the last time we went we waited about 30 minutes in our booth and still a server had not been by to even take our drink order, so we ended up leaving.

Horrible service first off. Beer was flat. Drinks were served in a dirty glass and when I sent it back, the next drink was delivered in a slightly less dirty glass. I eventually just went and got my own high chair after waiting for my server to bring it for 15 minutes. The food was mediocre at best. The corn on the cob was ice cold (colder than the beer). Steak was over cooked and the potatoes were instant potatoes (also cold). 3% honest to goodness fee honest to goodness brings the price up to being comparable with other restaurants that actually serve quality food and offer good service. Highly recommend saving your money and steering clear of this garbage.

Terrible place. The food was awful. Ordered pasta with chichen parmesan and ribs. We couldn’t really eat them. Won’t go back at all.

Food was decent and 1/2 price appetizers after 9pm. Service was a little slow. Took awhile to get our food. Had to wave down another server to refill our drinks... Will give them a 2nd change during the next big game. Hopefully things will be better...

Great prices, good food and good service. Went out with family and was pretty impressed. They add a small gratuity to the bill, but even with that the prices are very reasonable. Not a lot on tap so if you're a beer connoisseur it might not be for you. I will be going back!

Went last night with my friends. There were 8 of us. Waitress misinformed us about some menu options but she was new. when we asked to speak to the manager, she came with a big attitude about how this is the server’s second shift. She didn’t take ownership for her employee’s mistake. Later on she did give us a discount on the bill but she didn’t even come to apologize for her rudeness. The food was alright, steak not cooked to what we ordered. I ordered medium well, got medium rare and my friend ordered medium and got well done. I don’t think we’ll be going there again, just for that manager’s attitude.

food was super salty and our steaks were undercooked but chewy piece of meat. It was busy but they didnt try to accommodate our group of 6 and instead gave away small tables to others constantly who came way after us when could of pushed tables together. Was very disappointing and frustrating. But our server Catt C was awesome at least.

My husband and I were so excited to try this place and the experience was awful. The staff were not attentive at all. We asked one waitress if she wouldn't mind bringing some cutlery as we had none and she completely ignored us..she said she would bring some and then didn't come back to us. My husband ended up getting them himself. I ordered the steak and ribs. The food was cold so we sent it back only to get it back marginally warm. Very disappointing and will never go back to this location again.

Great value and great people.

Wednesday night was rib night. Had a full rack of ribs, and it was delicious. The rack was longer than the plate, and it was a big plate. The rack had to be about 14" Nice and tender, pretty much fell off the bone. Definitely going back again. So good, I ate it before I took a picture. ;)

Well I haven't been to this restaurant in Bradford for a very long time but tonight we decided to sit down and have dinner. We ordered medium-rare steaks and everything came out medium well along with my kids Burger being grilled on the barbecue and burnt to the crisp, we had to reorder another one and we we as a family finished our dinner and tonight he had to miss eating with his family together at the same time. There was no offer to take care of anything with the meal tonight and absolutely brutal food and I can tell you with the three ownership changes this restaurant still hasn't gotten any better! Save your money! Was ran by corporate which was great until recently and the ownership change has went back to the beginning where they began.

Price is perfect. Company was great. Server was very helpful, and they didn't rush us.

Service was good. Food was far from. Burger was close to burnt and over cooked. Buffalo chicken fingers was more like a cheap tomato sauce with a ton of black pepper. Not impressed. Do not recommend.

Came at 1:30 pm on this past holiday Monday. Restaurant was not even half full. Took twenty minutes before anyone came to even take a drink order. When one drink was finally brought to table, the server said she forgot what the other drink was supposed to be. Ice tea was watered down. Long wait for food, but food was decent. Never checked on by server once. No tip left. Three stars based on food quality.

Delicious for a chain restaurant and the price is right. The wait staff was very friendly engaging.

Standard roadhouse food. Not a lot of surprises. But great prices ($6 burger and fries, $4 pint) and great staff. Honestly, you will not find better prices at a fast food joint for some of this stuff.Handled a large party (team) with zero notice with ease.

Been at this location throughout the summer for an organized bike night. Service has always been good. Tonight, we had Caitlin. While not new to being a server, it was her third night working here. She was super efficient and attentive which was really appreciated. A delightful lady with a great personality!! We were all impressed!

The food was fresh, delicious with friendly and professional customer service.
